Even if it was good Law, I cannot see it making any more difference than any other lawful document that the powers that were feel they can ignore with impunity.
Quite like the idea of just using a thumb print in blood to authenticate a living soul and not using autograph.
These guys seem to think that the Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages is the crucial one we need to aim our paperwork at. what do you reckon?
